Project scope

Each engagement is governed by a written quotation or statement of work defining inputs, analysis sequence, deliverables, assumptions, schedule, included review and revision limits. Work begins after the required inputs and agreed starting payment are received.

Simulation boundaries

Simulation is engineering decision support based on the supplied geometry, material, process, machine, mold and boundary conditions. Results are not a guarantee that a mold, process or molded part will be defect-free or meet every production requirement.

Changes and iterations

New geometry, resin, runner or cooling layout, process objective or other material input may change the scope. An Optimization Sprint includes one baseline and no more than three changed configurations. Further iterations require a new quotation.

Dedicated Analysis Partner

Partner engagements define reserved capacity, request priorities, target turnaround, named contacts and out-of-capacity handling in a private agreement. Weekday telephone support provides access and technical triage; it does not promise an immediate completed analysis. The weekly two-hour working session is scheduled in advance.

Confidentiality and your data

Confidential information is handled under the mutual NDA and the master services agreement signed for each customer. Our data-handling commitments — named access, encrypted storage, no cloud AI on customer files, 90-day deletion with written confirmation — are described on the "How we handle your CAD and data" page and form part of every agreement. Customer names, geometry, results and outcomes are never published without written permission.

Export control

We do not accept ITAR-controlled technical data, US Controlled Unclassified Information or classified defence data. The intake form asks for the export status of the files before work starts.

Liability

Our liability under a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and excludes indirect and consequential loss, except where the law does not allow such a limit. The full clause is in the master services agreement.
