Injection molding decisions, before the mold is built.
Send the CAD, the material and the process data. Within a fixed time and at a fixed price, you get a simulation report that says what will happen in the mold, what to change and why.

Three studies. Fixed price, fixed delivery.
Fill Review
Thermal & Warpage
Optimization Sprint
Every study includes the report described below. Delivery is counted from a complete input pack. Cooling analysis and other add-ons are scoped on request.
Recurring work? As your Dedicated Analysis Partner, Simmetric becomes the external analysis function: ongoing requests handled through one shared priority queue, with consistent assumptions and reporting. Contact us.
What you get
Every study ends in an English PDF report you can put in front of your team: the question, the model and its assumptions, the result images, prioritized findings and the next decision.
The team behind Simmetric
Simmetric is an independent injection molding simulation practice run by an experienced engineering team. Behind every study: analysis experience from 2,000+ projects for automotive, electronics and consumer-goods suppliers. Each study runs through an automated analysis pipeline with parallel solver capacity and is reviewed by a senior engineer before it leaves. Demonstration studies are published on this site.
Your files stay with the named engineers on your project, on our own encrypted machines. No cloud AI service touches them, and they are deleted 90 days after delivery with a written confirmation. How we handle your CAD and data
Nine studies you can read in full.
Rugged handheld housing: cold runner baseline and 3D hot runner
One housing, two feed systems: sealing-rim flatness 0.15 mm against a 0.30 mm target, and what a 3D melt volume changes.
12-way connector housing
A thin-wall connector with a modelled cold feed system and modelled cooling circuits: maximum total deflection 0.60 mm.
Radial fan impeller
Three gates instead of one on a nine-blade wheel, so the once-per-revolution imbalance cancels: maximum total deflection 0.68 mm.
Headlamp rear housing
Gate screening and a full 3D run on a 386 mm lighting housing: maximum total deflection 2.24 mm.
Door module carrier
The largest part in the series and the broadest bow: maximum total deflection 7.31 mm.
Center console bezel
A visible surface, a joining line above the shifter opening and a cosmetic-face bow: maximum total deflection 1.26 mm.
Electronic control unit housing
The sealing rim fills last and bows most on this enclosure: maximum total deflection 1.49 mm.
Twenty-way connector
Twenty terminal cores, repeated joining traces and a solid latch root: maximum total deflection 0.45 mm.
Radiator fan shroud
Hub-first filling on a 524 mm shroud, frame-last movement: maximum total deflection 5.23 mm.
All parts are our own designs, built to show the method. None of them is paid client work.
